MAKER WORKSHOP HK can help to do the Photo Editing for your photos, but this service is only available to the customers of MAKER WORKSHOP HK Customized Products.
GRAPHICS FILES
MAKER WORKSHOP HK suggests customers to provide high resolution, good exposure and with good shooting angle (suggested resolution: 2400 px x 3200 px). MAKER WORKSHOP HK does not keep or send back original images, so customers should always keep copies of their original files. And, the Retouched Graphics will only be printed on the products, it will not be sent to the customers.
QUALITY OF OUTPUT
The quality of the final output depends substantially on the quality of the initial input. If the initial image will not produce a quality output, Super Retouch will consult with client prior to production. MAKER WORKSHOP HK reserves the right to reject any images that it believes cannot be retouched or restored to the customer’s satisfaction.
OUR GUARANTEE
If you feel the retouched/restored images do not meet your requirements, MAKER WORKSHOP HK can retouch the pictures for maximum 2 more times.
PRODUCTION TIME
Our production time usually take 2-3 days to complete. We will give a revised production time if we assess that your needs is taken longer than usual. In the case where changes are requested in middle of the process a revised production time will be given to you. In all cases we will work with the client to find a way to meet deadlines. However, in the case of changes or revisions or communications delays, production times may take longer than originally quoted or ordered.
COPYRIGHTS
You hold the copyright or have the permission from the copyright holder to manipulate the photo. By submitting photos to MAKER WORKSHOP HK you affirm no copyright is infringed. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such copyright infringement.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full before the work is done.
